DELIVERY POLICY

All orders that are received before 11am should be dispatched for next day delivery depending on what delivery method you have chosen. subject to security checks and payment clearances

Guaranteed next working day delivery is available for orders placed before 11am please make sure you select UPS If you have selected Royal Mail please allow 1-2 days delivery.

As soon as your order has been dispatched from us you will receive a dispatch notification.

RETURNS POLICY

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us insale-able condition within 14 days of receipt. When issuing a refund we will need to see proof of your original purchase. Refundds will be credited to your original method of payment. For safety reasons we cannot offer refunds on products that have been opened or used, unless they are faulty or unfit for purpose.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN

WHAT ABOUT my DELIVERY CHARGE.

If we made a mistale on an item sent to you or if it is faulty, damages or unsatisfactory quality, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item, unless it was sent to you with other items which you are not returning. We will also refund the delivery charges if you are an EU customer cancellingyour purchase within the seven day cooling off period
