DELIVERY POLICY

We aim to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 11:00 AM are typically dispatched the same day, subject to security checks and payment clearance.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery on all orders over £50.00.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch notification via email with your tracking details.

RETURNS POLICY

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us condition within 14 days of receipt. When issuing a refund we will need to see proof of your original purchase. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. For safety reasons we cannot offer refunds on products that have been opened or used, unless they are faulty or unfit for purpose.





HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN

WHAT ABOUT MY DELIVERY CHARGE.

If we made a mistake on an item sent to you or if it is faulty, damages or unsatisfactory quality, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item, unless it was sent to you with other items which you are not returning. We will also refund the delivery charges if you are an EU customer cancelling your purchase within the seven day cooling off period
